Heather

"I Can't Is Not An Option"

She truly believes that exercise can provide both physical and mental benefits. Heather challenges her clients to try new things while gaining confidence in their fitness level. She earned her training certificate at the World Instructor Training School and credits much of her success to two fitness professionals-David Pignatore and Norman Graham. Her dedication to fitness and a healthy lifestyle carry over into her personal life, always pushing herself to set and accomplish new goals. Heather is game on for anything that gets the body moving and will never turn down a challenge. The bigger the better.

Jay

"Passion"

Jay is extremely passionate about fitness and takes a genuine interest that his clients achieve measurable results and maintain a positive fun outlook on their training. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. An avid athlete, Jay frequently participates in weight training, martial arts, basketball, boxing, running, and scuba diving. "Achievement"

Marissa was introduced to fitness and health when she was young through dance. Over time she learned to master many areas of fitness and wellness, dedicating her time to helping others achieve their goals. She is AFAA Group Exercise Certified, as well as being certified in Pilates, Beyond The Mat Science, and Schwinn Cycle. As she is versatile in all fitness her specialization is in core and stability. She gives her full energy when it comes to her training of others. Marissa's philosophy of giving everything she has to her students is backed by her joy in watching others gain all achievements they desire. She is always willing to break down any exercise to its simplest form to help others understand and properly execute. She is focused to apply all necessary details to help all achieve their fitness goals.
